1. Controller
Codixio (trade name), owner Matthias Jakisch, Hauptstr. 34, OT Etingen, 39359 Oebisfelde-Weferlingen, Germany. Phone +49 39059 974988, email matthias.jakisch@codixio.com.
2. Hosting
This site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in data centres in Germany. Hetzner processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
3. Visiting the site
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. We need this to deliver the page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a working, secure website). Our application logs only the time, the page path and the status of each request, without IP addresses and without the rest of the address after the question mark. The proxy of our server keeps no access log with IP addresses.
4. Suggesting a print partner for your country
To suggest a print partner for your country, the server derives your country from your IP address using a database stored on our own server (DB-IP IP to Country Lite). The IP address is used only for this lookup in memory and is not stored, logged or passed on. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is showing you a partner that delivers to your country. You can choose any other country on the page; your choice is part of the page address and is not stored.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, loads no external scripts, fonts or services and does not track you.
6. Counting clicks on partner links
When you follow a link to a print partner, our server counts the click with the date, the product, the region and the partner only. This count contains no personal data and cannot be linked to you.
7. Print partners
If you follow a link to a print partner, you leave our site. From that moment the partner is responsible for processing your data under its own terms and privacy policy. The partner can see that you came through our partner link, so that we can receive a commission.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise your rights, an email to us is enough.
Right to object: Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live, or with the authority responsible for us: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Sachsen-Anhalt, Otto-von-Guericke-Straße 34a, 39104 Magdeburg, Germany.
